DESCRIPTION

The FMM5804YD is a power amplifier MMIC that contains a four stage amplifier, internally matched, for standard communications band in 17.5 to 30.0GHz frequency range. This product is well suited for P-to-P, Ka-band V-SAT applications. Eudyna’s stringent Quality Assurance Program assures the highest reliability and consistent performance.
