By accessing DigiCamel or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
2. Service
DigiCamel provides searchable component metadata, datasheet references, technical articles, account tools, and business order-request workflows. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct inaccurate or outdated information.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or security risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, conduct automated bulk extraction, overload infrastructure, impersonate others, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights. Written permission is required for high-volume automated access.
5. Requests, quotations, and orders
Submitting a request does not create a completed sale or charge a payment method. Availability, pricing, lead time, shipping, taxes, quality terms, and payment terms remain subject to written confirmation. A binding transaction is formed only when the parties confirm the applicable commercial terms.
6. Datasheets and technical content
Technical content is provided for reference and may be incomplete, converted, delayed, or outdated. Always verify specifications, revisions, lifecycle status, safety requirements, and intended use against the current manufacturer's official documentation. DigiCamel does not authorize component use in life-critical, safety-critical, medical, military, aviation, or regulated applications.
7. Intellectual property and external sources
DigiCamel's site design, original text, software, and branding are protected by applicable rights. Manufacturer names, marks, documents, and linked materials belong to their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. See our Copyright and Takedown Notice.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. DigiCamel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms and will identify the current version above. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy, and commercial laws remain in force regardless of these Terms.
