1. Ownership
Manufacturer names, logos, product documents, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. DigiCamel's original site text, software, layout, and branding remain protected by their applicable rights. Display of a third-party mark or document does not claim ownership or imply endorsement.
2. Copyright or trademark notice
If you believe material on DigiCamel infringes your rights, send a written notice to admin@digicamel.com containing:
- Your full name, organization, email address, and authority to act.
- Identification of the protected work or mark.
- The exact DigiCamel URL and a clear description of the disputed material.
- An explanation of the claimed infringement and any supporting registration or ownership information.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate, together with your physical or electronic signature.
Do not include unrelated confidential information. Knowingly false notices may create liability under applicable law.
3. Review and action
We will review a sufficiently complete notice, may request additional information, and may remove or restrict disputed content while the matter is assessed. We may notify the content source or relevant rights holder and preserve records needed to resolve the issue.
4. Technical corrections
For an incorrect part number, obsolete revision, broken document, or metadata error that is not a legal complaint, use the request form so it can be routed as a data-quality issue.
