Description
The CHR3693-99F is a multifunction chip, which integrates a balanced cold FET mixer, a time two multiplier, and a RF self biased LNA. It is designed for a wide range of applications, typically commercial communication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography. It is available in chip form.
