The following datasheet typographical errors were corrected: - A typographical error was corrected in the table for I2C bit descriptions for READ and WRITE. - A typographical error was corrected in the diagram for the I2C sequence to perform a measurement and read back result (no hold master mode). (Si7006/13/20/21-A10 and Si7006/13/20/21-A20) - A typographical error was corrected in Table 3, Footnote 2 to indicate the clock stretching is <50μs. (Si7006/13/20/21-A10 and Si7006/13/20/21-A20) - A typographical error was corrected for the humidity sensor accuracy in Table 4 for the Si7020-A20 datasheet.
