Output ripple & noise reduction To reduce ripple and noise, it is recommended to use a 1 µF ceramic disk and a 10 µF electrolytic capacitor. 40W DC-DC Converter P40C-Series On / Off Control Positive logic turns ON the module during high logic and Off during low logic. CTRL function can be controlled by an external switch between the CRTL terminal and –Vin terminal. The switch can be an open collector or open drain for positive logic. If the CTRL feature is not used then do not connect the CTRL pin. EMI Filter Single output converter Input filter components are used to help meet conducted emissions requirement for the module. By adjusting Rtrim, the output voltage can be changed by 10 % of nominal the output voltage.
