D TS60 1 4 is configured using tw o Schottky diode detectors, high precision com parator, and a com pensated voltage reference to provide excellent tem perature stability. D TS60 1 4 is specifically designed for system built-in test and channel RF activity m onitoring. The output of this unit is derived from a com parator, a true TTL logic device. Average pow er detection is obtained at pow er levels below approxim ately 0 dBm . D TS60 1 4 contains open-collector com parator w ith internal 5.1 K O hm pull-up resistor.
