4520 Qual Bi Up Counter each consist of two @ Synchronous internal C, propagation
identical, internally synchronous , 4-stage Counters. The counter stages sre D-type flip-flops having in- terchangeable Clock and Enable lines for incremen- ting on either the positive-going or nagative-qoing transition For single-unit operation the Enable input is maintained hor and the counter advances on each positive-going transition of the Clock. The counters are cleared by high levels. on their Reset ti- nes.
