LED PC board is assembled on a thick pad housing chamber designed with a heat sink pattern to optimize heat dissipation and luminaire efficacy. The power supply is enclosed in a separate cast aluminum chamber allowing a quick access for electrical maintenance without disturbing the optical light chamber. LED PC board and optical lenses are protected from weather abrasion with a clear tempered glass to ensure optimal lighting performance. LED PC board is removable and replaceable for ease of maintenance or lighting upgrade. eLeCtrICaL LED POWer SUPPLY 120/277V multi volt, or 347-480V (50-60Hz) with a minimum operating temperature of -40ºC/-40ºF. Led Type II-III-IV or VS light distribution with high performance optical lenses. Standard 4000ºK LED. LED system is available with three intensity levels of 46/61/96W. LIFe 80,000hrs (L70B50) based on LM-80 report for lumen maintenance (150,000hrs for model L42W60). FINISh Five-stage preparation process including preheating of cast aluminum parts for air extraction, and an environmentally friendly alloy sealant. Polyester powder coating is applied through an electrostatic process, and oven cured for long term finish. MOUNtINg Maximum weight: 21lbs (9.5kg) MayaLED is designed for ease of access and installation. The luminaire slides over the mounting plate, minimizing installation effort. Designed for wall or pole mount to fit with a 4” (102) pole (5” (127) on request). Alternate poles or wall attachments are proposed to meet multiple installation conditions. (Refer to page 3) CertIFICatION - Tested to UL1598 and CSA22.2 #250. OpTiON dETailS dC1: Philips Dynadimmer™ is a step dimming control providing programmable schedules up to five different settings. The Dynadimmer™ uses the midnight point calculation to determine the absolute time between switching on/off time. Factory default settings: t1 (Time 1 on @ 4PM) D1 (Light level @ 100%) t2 (Time 2 @ 10PM) D2 (Light level step dimming @ 50%) t3 (Time 3 @ 4AM) D3 (Light level resumes to 100% until 6 AM.) Programmer tool unit for on site programming available on request. Dynadimmer™ control unit is installed in pole. Option DCR1. Other factory settings are available on request.
