- Repeaters Product Description The ECM168 is a high performance PAS Amplifier Module offering excellent linearity. The internally matched multi-stage amplifier has 33.5 dB gain while achieving +34 dBm linear output power to meet PHS requirements of better than -65 dBc ACLR at a ±600 kHz offset from the carrier. The ECM168 uses a high reliability InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology and does not require any external matching components. The m odule has an added benefit by not require any negative biasing voltages; an internal active bias allows the ECM 168 to maintain high linearity over temperature and operate directly off a single +10V supply. A low-cost metal hous ing allows the device to have a low thermal resist ance and achieves over 100 years MTTF. All devices are 100% RF and DC tested. The ECM168 is targeted for us e as a driver amplifier in wireless infrastructure wher e high linearity and high power is required.
