DIO1268 operates from a single 1.6 V to 4.2 V supply and features an ultra-lowonresistanceof0.75Ωata4.2Vsupply and TA = 25°C. This device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-makeoperation. The DIO1268 guarantees 0.03 Ω on-resistance matching between switches, on-resistance flatness over the signal range, high off-isolation and low crosstalk, which ensures excellent linearityandlowdistortionwhenswitchingaudio signals. The DIO1268 consists of two normally openandtwonormally closeswitches.
