Place the left panel against the rear panel and use the fixings (machine screws, nuts and washers) supplied to secure. 2. Repeat with the right panel and the bottom panels. 3. Set the door in place as shown making sure that the hinge pin is inserted into the hole on the bottom panel. 4. Fit the top panel and secure in place using the fixings supplied.  The hinge pin on top of the door must be inserted into the hole in the top panel.

Place the key in the lock and turn it so that the window on the front of the lock turns green. 6. Remove the screw and star washer from the rear of the lock. 7. Remove the washer and locking arm. 8. Remove the locknut from the lock barrel. 9. Insert the lock barrel with the green window at the top through the door and secure using the locknut as shown. 10. Replace the locking arm and washer and secure using the star washer and screw. 11. Check the lock and if necessary adjust the orientation of the locking arm 12. Fit the door knob.

If you are fitting the shelves, place the shelves into position and secure using the fixings supplied. 14. If you are using tool hooks, place the tool hooks onto the rear panel . 15. A coimbination of shelves and tools is also possible. 16. Fit the wall hanging bracket as shown (one on each side). 17. Fix the cabinet to the wall using suitable screws (2” minimum) and use rawl plugs suitable for the wall being fixed to.
