This pin is DC coupled. An off chip DC blocking capacitor is required. 8 RFOUT1 RF output and DC Bias (Vcc1) for the output stage. 2, 3, 6, 7 N/C No connection. These pins may be connected to RF ground. Performance will not be affected.

4 RFIN2
