TOSHIBA CMOS DIGITAL INTEGRATED CIRCUIT SILICON MONOLITHIC TC7SETO4F, TC7SETO4FU INVERTER The TC7SETO4 is an advanced high speed CMOS INVERTER TC7SETO4F fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. q The input threshold levels are compatible with TTL \\ output voltage. This device can be used for level converter for interfacing 3V to 5V system. sonnp-0.9s An input protection circuit ensures that OV to 7V can be TCTSETOAFU _ applied to the input pins without regard to the supply voltage.
