Description

The singel-channel driver IC includes one non-inverted and current-limited output stage with an open collector. Thermal shutdown protects the output against critical junction temperatures. The output can sink a current of 20 mA. The digital input has Schmitt-trigger function with pull-up resistors to 5 V. Figure 1. Block Diagram
