One channel LED Touch Dimmer Page 3 of 6 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SS8022W is a touch detector IC for the LED lightings with NMOS application. The dimmer function controls by PWM output. It has high frequency for PWM output. Dimmer with continuous. PWM output duty 3% ~ 98%. Touch plate can be with metal. Operating voltage 3.0V~5.5V , operating current @VDD=4.2V, 25 Ċ no load=400uA Higher frequency 1.2KHz PWM output. The application circuit is simple and easy. Low cost. Can use wire to connect the IC to touch plate. 2. FEATURES With memory touch turn on. First power on is off. First touch turn on is highest lightness. When lamp is turned on every time, the lightless is the same as the last turn off lightless. Long touch (when touch time is more then 300 ms), with continuous dimming. The lightness will change from bright to dark in 3 seconds. Long touch again dimming the lightness will change from dark to bright in 3 seconds. Short touch (when touch time is less then 300 ms), with turn on or turn off lamp. Note: When continuous dimming “ Touch out” lamp stops when the brightness, if a “Long Touch” Continue stepless dimming, if “short touch” the lamp off and memories were light. When the touch once again to this brightness lighting.
