Description
ThePW128is a highperformanceInGaPHBTMMICAmplifierand consists of Darlington pair amplifiers with temperature compensationthat is internallymatched75Ω input/output. The featuresofPW128arebroadband,highgain,highlinearperformance and high reliabilityas a CATVamplifierand providestablecurrent variationovertemperature. The PW128 is a dualamplifierand has excellentVSWR when used in a 75Ω push-pull configuration. The deviceisa generalpurposeCATVamplifierthatoffershighdynamic rangein a low cost surface-mountedplasticSOIC-8 package. All devicesare100% RFandDCtested.
