Description

ThePW125isa highperformanceInGaPHBTMMICAmplifierand consistsofDarlingtonpairamplifierswithtemperaturecompensation thatis internallymatched75Ωinput/output. Thefeaturesof PW125 are broadband,high gain,high linearperformance,high reliability and low noise as a CATV amplifierand providestable current variationover temperature. The PW125 operatesfrom a single voltage supply and requires minimal external componentsfor operation. The deviceis a generalpurposeCATV amplifierthat offershigh dynamicrangein a low cost surface-mountedplastic SOT-89package.Alldevicesare100% RFandDCtested. Specifications 1) Test Conditions : T=25°C, Supply Voltage=5V, 75ohm System 2) Note 1.
