Description

The PSC13A is a GaAs MMIC singleended 3-way activesplitter whichexhibitslownoisefigureanddistortionin a lead-free2mm 8- leadDFNplasticpackage. Thedevicefeatures75Ωinputandoutputs. The PSC13A is fabricatedin usingp-HEMTprocessto realizelow noiseandlowdistortion. Alldevicesare100% RFandDCtested.
