Description

ThePS401is a highperformanceInGaPHBT MMICAmplifierand consistsof Darlingtonpairamplifiersthat is internallymatchedto 75Ω input/output. The PS401 features high gain, high linear performance,widebandoperation,highreliabilityandlownoiseas a CATVamplifier. The PS401 operatesfroma singlevoltagesupply andrequiresonlytwoDC-blockingcapacitors,a biasresistorandan inductorfor operation. The device is a general purpose CATV amplifierthat offershigh dynamicrange in a low cost surface- mountedplasticSOT-89 package. Alldevicesare100% RF andDC tested.Applications
