Description
The PM210 is an all port,single-ended,generalpurposeup- and down- converter. It combines small conversion losses and excellent intermodulation characteristicswitha lowdemandofLO- andDC-power. The internallevelcontrolledLO-bufferenablesgoodperformanceover a widerangeofLOlevelinputs. ThemixerconfigurationallowsRF or IF feedto eitherpin1 or 6 andthus requiresa frequencyseparationcircuitonthepcboard. 1) Test Conditions : T=25°C, Supply Voltage=3V 2) Thermal Resistance _ Rth ≤ 40 C/W Absolute Maximum Ratings Functional Block Diagram 1) Stresses above the maximum values listed may cause permanent damage to the device. 2) MTTF is more than 100 years. 3) ESD : Electrostatic discharge sensitive device.
