Description
The PLT01 is a high performancepHEMTMMIC Amplifier. The PLT01 featuresare highgain,low noise,low powerconsumption, widebandoperationand high reliability,ideal for mobile device receiver. The PLT01 operatesfroma singlevoltagesupplyand no bias resistoris required. It providesstableperformanceover wide temperaturerange by internal temperaturecompensationbias circuit. IthasintegratedESDprotectiondiodethatprovideshighESD protectionperformance. Thisdeviceis a generalpurposeamplifier thatoffershighdynamicrangeina lowcostsurface-mountedplastic SOT-363package.Alldevicesare100% RFandDCtested.
