The PK857 is a highperformancep-HEMTMMICAmplifierthatis internallymatchedto 75Ωinput/output. The featuresof PK857 are excellentgain flatness,broadband,high CSO/CTBperformance, high reliabilityand low noise as a CATV amplifier. The PK857 operatesfroma singlesupplyvoltageandrequiresminimalexternal componentsforoperation. ThepurposeofusingPK857isthatoffers highdynamicrangeina lowcostsurface- mountedplasticSOT-89 package.Alldevicesare100% RFandDCtested.
