The PK833 / PK831 is a highperformancep-HEMTMMICAmplifierthatis internallymatchedto 75Ωinput/output. The featuresof PK833 / PK831 are excellent gain flatness, broadband,high CSO/CTB performance,high reliabilityand low noiseas a CATVamplifier. The PK833 / PK831 operates froma singlesupplyvoltageand requiresminimalexternalcomponentsfor operation. The purposeof usingPK833 / PK831 is thatoffershighdynamic rangein a lowcostsurface- mountedplasticSOT-89 package. All devices are100% RFandDCtested.
