The PH830-S8 features excellent input/outputreturnlossandhighlinearperformance. Thedevicecan be easily matchedto obtain optimumpower and linearity. The productis targetedfor using as driver and power amplifierfor wirelessinfrastructureapplications. ThePH830-S8 operatesfroma singlevoltageand hasan internalactivebias.
