The PH630-S8 is a high performanceInGaPHBT MMICAmplifier and high linearitydriveramplifierin high qualitysurface-mounted plastic SOIC8 package. The PH630-S8 features excellent input/outputreturnlossandhighlinearperformance. Thedevicecan be easily matchedto obtain optimumpower and linearity. The productis targetedfor using as driver and power amplifierfor wirelessinfrastructureapplications. ThePH630-S8 operatesfroma singlevoltageand hasan internalactivebias. Alldevicesare100% RFandDCtested. 1) Stresses above the maximum values listed have may cause permanent damage to the device. 2) MTTF is more than 100 years.
