Description

The PG751 is a high performanceGaAs p-HEMT Amplifier. The featuresof PG751 are high linearity,low noise figure and high reliability,idealforwidebandcommunicationsystems. ThePG751is internallymatchedto50Ohmsforoptimumnoisefigureandlinearity. ThePG751operatesfroma single5 / 3.3 voltagesupplyandhasan internaltemperaturecompensationactivebias.
