Intelligent transmitter (iT) accessories The Intelligent Transmitter series of vibration transmitters, vibration alarms, and communication modules can be used to implement online vibration monitoring and simplified machinery monitoring and alarming. 4-20 mA output can be sent directly to the facility’s existing PLC or DCS for the most cost effective continuous vibration monitoring. Some of the most common processes to benefit from iT products are pharmaceutical, food and beverage, brewing, water and wastewater, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and power generation facilities. The connection is needed in order to transfer data between iT100/200/300 series and iT400/500 series modules. They are used with standalone iT401 modules. They are the only means of supplying power to an iT401 when not coupled to an iT transmitter or another iT401. 78014 Rev.C.1 10/18 Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies Terminal block Fuses Screwdriver Model Size Type Description iT053 5 mm end stop DIN rail mounted end-stops are used to keep mounted modules and blocks on the DIN rail from sliding. iT054 6.2 mm fused terminal block A fused terminal block is used to pass the AC mains line connec- tion to the power supply. In the US, this is usually the black wire for single phase power. The removable pull fuse can be used as a local point to disconnect when service is required within the DIN box. iT055 6.2 mm unfused terminal block An unfused terminal block is used to pass the AC mains neutral connection to the power supply. In the US, this is usually the white wire. iT056 6.2 mm ground terminal block Terminal block includes clamp to ground DIN rail and can be used as end-stop. This block is used to pass the AC mains ground con- nection to the power supply. In the US, this is usually the green wire. The block has no disconnect pull or fuse. iT057 5 mm fuse holder Spare fuse holder used in the iT054. The iT054 is shipped with one iT057. iT058 N/A marker strip Zack strip with custom “L N G” labeling (for Line, Neutral, and Ground) to use with iT054/055/056. Labels have the standard terminology for AC mains connections. Fast blow, glass fuses are used with iT power supplies, and fit into the iT057 fuse holder.
