7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation

The BLP15H9S10 and BLP15H9S10G are capable of withstanding a load mismatch corresponding to VSWR = 30 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions: VDS =5 5V ; IDq =5m A ; PL = 13 W; f = 1400 MHz; pulsed CW (tp = 100 s;  =2 0% ) .
