Description

The AT1796 ser ies of r egulators ar e step- down (buck) DC /DC converter, capable o f dri ving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimum num ber of ex ternal components, these regulators are simple to use . The A T1796 ser ies operates at a sw itching frequency o f 150kHz.Available i n a st andard 5-lead TO-263 surface mount package. It include a guara nteed ±4% to lerance on ou tput voltage under speci fied i nput voltage and o utput load conditions, an d ±15% on th e oscillator frequency.
