Description

The power amplifier is designed for base stations and repeater systems. GaAs MMIC is used and attached on a copper carrier of 12 pin air cavity package with dual supply voltage. *The data in this spec sheet is valid only for 75 ohm application. 50 ohm data is in a separate spec sheet.
