The AN6701S is an integrated circuit designed for tempera- ture sensing. Since a temperature characteristic adjusting cir- cuit and buffer amp. in addition to temperature sensor circuit are integrated, the temperature sensing operation with high sen- sitivity as well as high precision can easily be done by a single external resistor. n Features
