The device should not be operated at these limits. The parametric values defined in the “Electrical Characteristics” table are not guaranteed at the absolute maximum ratings. The “Recommended Operating Conditions” table will define the conditions for actual device operation. Recommended Operating Conditions Note 2: The symbols (↓, ↑) indicate the edge of the clock pulse used for reference: ↑ for rising edge, ↓ for falling edge. Note 3: Setup and hold times are with reference to the enable input. Note 4: The select-to-enable setup time is the time before the HIGH-to-LOW enable transition that the select must be stable so that the correct latch is selected and the others not affected.
