3059 Series
Three Layer ESD Mats are ideal for static dissipative and flexible work surfaces. They are made of a textured vinyl with a buried cond uctive layer in between provide a superior physical and e lectrical qualities. APPLICATIONS: Electronic Assembly and Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Plants, Cleanroom Operation, Fiber Optics, Aerospace, and Hospitals CONSTRUCTION A homogenous construction, our three layer mat consists of solid polyvinyl chloride surrounding a layer of conductive fleece, giving it consistent electrical properties in addition to superior physical properties. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE They are r esistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, re ducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes.
