Please carefully read these instructions before installing and operating the Infresco unit. Positioning and Mounting 1. Positioning: Ensure the Infresco unit is positioned with the three fixed cable glands facing downward to prevent water ingress. 2. Mounting: Securely fix the unit using the four mounting holes accessible from the front. Use round cables to avoid water ingress. Wiring It is recommended that the installation and maintenance of this equipment be performed by suitably qualified/trained personnel, referencing the current edition of the I.E.E. wiring regulations (BS7671). These regulations contain important requirements regarding the Warning! Isolate the mains supply before commencing any work on the unit. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or fatality. Cable Glands: The unit is fitted with three cable glands. Only one cable should be fitted per gland to maintain the unit’s IP rating. For connecting four lamps, refer to the ‘Wiring Diagram’ on the next page for an alternative configuration using two junction boxes. Mains Supply Connection: Connect the mains supply to the terminal block marked ‘LINE’. o Live (L) to ‘L’ terminal o Neutral (N) to ‘N’ terminal o Earth (E) to ‘E’ terminal Lamp Connection: Connect the lamps to the terminal block marked ‘LOAD’. o Live (L) to ‘L’ terminal o Neutral (N) to ‘N’ terminal o Earth (E) to ‘E’ terminal Earth Continuity: Ensure all earth wires are connected to maintain earth continuity to the lamp fittings. Final Check: Verify all wiring connections and ensure the cable glands are tightened.

On-Time Preset: Set the on-time preset (VR2) to a period between 1 and 60 minutes. Refer to the ‘Mounting Template’ to locate VR2. 2. Final Setup: Replace the lid and switch on the mains supply to the unit. 3. Testing: Press the push-button on the front of the unit to switch the lamps on. By following these guidelines, you ensure a safe and effective installation and operation of your Infresco unit. MOUNTING TEMPLATE Use these template dimensions to locate the 4 mounting-hole centres prior to drilling. IMPORTANT! Drilling of any holes through the enclosure will immediately invalidate the warranty of the unit. The unit MUST be orientated with the cable glands facing down.

- Check the mains supply to the unit is switched on.
- Check the LINE and LOAD wiring connections to the unit and lamps. Fit a lamp that you know is in working order.
- Contact your supplier. Lamps do not switch off.
- Check the on-time preset (VR2) is set correctly.

To address this matter, when the products are sold separately, they are protected in an ANTI-STATIC polyethylene bag. Appropriate care should be taken when handling the units for installation.
