J-FET INPUT DUAL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER eee DESCRIPTION FEATURES The uPC4082 is a dual operational amplifier + Very low input bias and offset currents incorporating well matched ion implant P-channel + High input impedance --- J-FET Input Stage J-FET on the same chip with standard bipolar tran- + High slew rate: 13 V/us (TYP.) sistors. The key features of this op amp is very low + Internal frequency compensation input bias current and high slew rate for ten times + Output short circuit protection faster than conventional general purpose op amps. By these features the 4PC4082 is excellent choice for wide variety of applications including integrator, active filter, pulse amp etc. EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT (1/2 Circuit) CONNECTION DIAGRAM (Top View) ve MPC4082C, 408262 Ra out: fe}v+ ro — Qe In OUT: wosfa aly Qe She Qu AN Ino —f Oro Ins he ost Ro Say | ors | Qu: vf Ine L Ko ° (| 0 OUT Qs, Qs Qn H - —— Rn fo SPSR, ERs 3R De LL tt 1 ov-

Please refer to "Quality grade on NEC Semiconductor Devices" (Document number IEI-1209) published by NEC Corporation to know the specification of quality grade on the devices and its recommended applications. Document No. IC-1975A - (0.D. No. 1C-5824C) Date Published April 1993P Printed in Japan
ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS (Ta = 25 °C) Input Voltage (Note 2) vi V--0.3 to V*+0.3 v Note 1. Reverse connection of supply voltage can cause destruction. Note 2. The input voltage should be allowed to input without damage or destruction. Even during the transition period of supply voltage, power on/off etc., this specification should be kept. The normal operation will establish when the both inputs are within the Common Mode Input Voltage Range of electrical characteristics. Note 3. This specification is the voltage which should be allowed to supply to the output terminal from external without damage or destruction. Even during the transition period of supply voltage, power on/off etc., this specification should be kept. The output voltage of normal operation will be the Output Voltage Swing of electrical characteristics. Note 4. Thermal derating factor is -5.0 mV/'C when ambient temperature is higher than 55 °C. Note 5. Thermal derating factor is -4.4 mV/'C when ambient temperature is higher than 25 °C. Note 6. Pay careful attention to the total power dissipation not to exceed the absolute maximum ratings, Notes 4 and 5.
