Description
The TS3021/2 single and dual comparators feature high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified from 2V to 5V supply voltage, these comparators can operate over a wide temperature range: -40°C to +125°C. The TS3021/2 comparators offer micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. The TS3021/2 include push-pull outputs and are available in small packages (SMD). - All voltage values, except differ ential voltage, are referenced to VDD.
- The magnitude of input and output voltages must never exceed the supply rail ±0.3V.
- Short-circuits can caus e excessive heating and destructive dissipation. PD is calculated with Tamb=+25°C,
Rthja = 190°C/W for MiniSO8.
- ESD tolerances are compliant with MIL883C, JEDEC STANDARD JESD22, ANSI/ESD STM5.1-2001.

3 Package information
