Description
The TS302x comparators are featuring high speed response time with Rail to Rail. Specified from 2V to 5V supply voltage, these comparators can operate over a wide temperature range: -40°C to +125°C. TS302x features micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamps thus providing a excellent ratio current of power consumption versus response time.
