KG · Am Labor 1 · 30900 Wedemark · Germany · www.sennheiser.com All-In-One-Conferencing Device (Plug-and-Play) The TC Bar M shall be designed as an all-in-one conferencing system that supports video and au- dio streaming for mid-sized conference rooms. The plug-and-play device is intended to fit in any room, supporting different installation types depending on space constraints, and is easily connected via a USB connection. The TC Bar M features an in-built DisplayLink tech- nology and does not require an additional HDMI cable from the PC to the TV. With an up-to-date DisplayLink driver, multiple monitors can be quickly and easily connected to a PC via a simple USB-C connection. Only one bracket for all mounting accessories is to be available, which supports installation types as wall mounting, tabletop and freestanding. For suspensions on TVs only one VESA mount should be available for all common TV sizes up to 78". Beamforming Technology The TC Bar M consists of six beamforming MEMS microphone capsules which automatically focuse on the person speaking in the room. Depending on the direction from which a speaker is detected, the beam that can best detect the speaker is selected. If anoth- er speaker from another direction is detected the al- gorithm will switch beams automatically. One Priority Zone and up to three Exclusion Zones shall be adjust- able in the Sennheiser Control Cockpit software at the same time. Flexible Extensions The TC Bar M has two Ethernet RJ45 sockets for network control with the Sennheiser Control Cock - pit software and for using Dante with regard to the extension with additional microphones and/or a 2nd external USB camera in the room. Bring-Your-Own-Device Philisophy The TC Bar M should enable fast and uncomplicated connection to conference-capable devices, regard- less of the installation type. The USB port allows to easily connect to 3rd party media control systems (Barco, Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys) and platforms (Mi- crosoft Teams, Zoom, Tencent, etc.) and be ready to go. The TC Bar M is equipped with Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi technology for wireless remote control of the TC Bar M via control systems and mobile devices. High Video Quality The TC Bar M shall be equipped with a 4K Ultra HD camera to achieve high video quality. The camera pro- vides advanced AI functions and supports features such as autoframing and person tiling to clearly iden- tify all people in the room. Full-Range Stereo Speakers The TC Bar M features four full-range stereo speakers that provide natural speech reproduction and excel- lent intelligibility. An integrated DSP is designed to automatically optimize the acoustics in the room. Advanced Security Features The TC Bar M shall be equipped with advanced secu- rity features to ensure an encrypted control commu- nication by default. The TC Bar M should be password protected for secure content transmission and shall be claimed via Sennheiser Conrol Cockpit for activat- ing the full device control. Control Management The TC Bar M is to be fully remote controllable via the Sennheiser Control Cockpit software. The software allows adjustment of all available settings of the TC Bar such as audio, zones, device, network and access.
