Description

The RS53201 is a high efficiency step -down converter with ultra -low 60nA operating quiescent current. The device can operate at 100% duty-cycle mode with 120nA quiescent current, which further extends battery lift at the end of discharge. With power save mode, the device automatically transits between PFM and PWM mode to save power at light load condition. At PWM mode, the device operates at 1.2MHz switching frequency. With 8 output voltage options via VSE L pins, the device requires minimum number of external components for output voltage setting. The input voltage of RS53201 is from 2.15V to 5.5V. The output current is up to 550mA. The RS53201 is available in a 1.5mm x 0.88mm 8- ball WCSP package.
