Article 33(1) of the REACH Regulation states that manufacturers and importers of articles (products) are required to notify their c ustomers o f th e p resence o f a ny S ubstances o f V ery Hi gh C oncern ( SVHC) i n th eir p roducts e xceeding 0 .1% b y w eight an d provide instructions on safe use of the product.
