DESCRIPTION

PT6351 is a V acuum Fluorescent Display Driver IC utilizing CMOS Technology. 28 High V oltage Ports, 17 All Purpose I/O Ports, 9 LED ports, Auto Scan Operation, 4-line Serial Signal (with chip selector), 8 DGT x 8 SG to 16 DGT x 12 SG are all incorporated into a single chip to build a highly reliable peripheral device for a single chip microcomputer. It is housed in 44-pin LQFP Package and is functionally compatible with MN12510F.
