BUCK APFC Constant Current Driver

DESCRIPTION

PM2115X is a BUCK APFC constant current driver, which works on CCM mode. Multiple patented technologies make LED driver system very simply, just need very few other components, to achieve high PF and low T HD. It’s mainly used in low power constant current applications. PM2115X built in 800V JFET and 500V MOSFE, which is specially designed for non-isolated BUCK LED driver. PM2115X can achieve high precision output constant current under wide input, output voltage and peripheral inductance parameters. Combining CCM mode and MOSFET drain Voltage Valley-bottom opening technology , PM2115X can achieve high efficiency and low electromagnetic interference. PM2115X integrates multiple protection functions to increase reliability of LED system , such as output open protection, output short protection, over-temperature compensation, etc… PM2115X is packaged in SOP7/DIP7。 FEATURE  High Voltage (800V) JFET Technology  Capacitance Amplifier Technology is Applied for Loop Compensation of Control with No MLCC  3% Constant Current Regulation  High PF (>0.95)&Low THD (<15%)  Soft Driving and Critical Conduction Mode Operation for EMI Optimization  High System Reliability and High Efficiency  VCC Under Voltage Protection
