The vibration resistant design make these devices ideal for use in rail and rugged industrial applications. The lamp’s aluminum housing combined with the hard coated polycarbonate lens provides durability that far exceeds the durability of the existing glass encased lamps. In addition the wide operating voltage range results in a lamp that is less susceptible to large voltage variances.
