DESCRIPTION
MT7223 is a high efficiency and high precision step-down constant current LED driver with an integrated 90V MOS switch. MT7223 uses fixed-off-time peak current control scheme, the off-time can be adjusted by changing the external capacitor, and the operation frequency also can be adjusted according to the need of customer. MT7223 regulates the current flowing through LEDs to set the luminance of LEDs by changing the external current sense resistor, on the other hand, the luminance of LEDs also can be regulated by a PWM signal applied to DIM pin. DIM pin can also achieve linear dimming. MT7223 integrates VDD Zener Diode and over temperature protection, etc. to reduce the peripheral components and improve the system reliability.
