The MC2830 circuit incorporates the microphone amplifier (MIC AMP), MONOLITHIC automatic level control (ALC) and voice activated switch. The voice INTEGRATED activated switch circuit has the ability to distinguish the voice from the CIRCUIT background noise and trigger the switch output circuit by voice level. Therefore, the switching operation is highly reliable under noisy environment. The ALC range of microphone amplifier is over 50db and can be adjusted by external resistor.
