Rev 1.1 12th,Jun., 2020 MA3056 GENERAL DESCRIPTION The MA3056 series is a high voltage, ultralow-power, low dropout voltage regulator. The device ca n deliver 150mA output current and allows an input voltage as high as 60V. The typical quiescent current is integrated short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, the device can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages.
