DC reverse voltage test: The capacitor is shall be connected in reverse polarity, and applied under specified working voltage. JIS C 5101-4 Leakage Current 1.0 2. DC over voltage test: The rated voltage of 1.2 times shall be applied to the capacitor. I = 0.02CV or1.5 mA whichever is smaller (after 5 minutes) Where, C= rated capacitance in F. V= rated DC working voltage in V.
