DESCRIPTION

The L6221 monolithic quad darlington switch is de- signedfor high current, high voltageswitching appli- cations. Each of the four switches is controlled by a logic input and all four are controlled by a common enableinput.All inputsareTTL-compatiblefordirect connection to logic circuits. Eachswitch consists ofan open-collectordarlington transistorplusa fastdiodefor switchingapplications with inductivedevice loads. The emittersof the four switches are commoned.Any numberof inputsand outputsof the same device may be paralleled.
