DESCRIPTION

The new HC2700LCC Series packages the HC2700, HC2701 and HC2702 in a 28 pin JEDEC compatible leadless chip carrier. The HC2700LCC series com- bines the standard features of the HC2700 series in LCC packages with a new flexible pin out. This new pin out offers, uncommitted feedback resistors and zener ground points, which allows for K elvin sensing at the output voltage and reference ground. This pro- vides improved performance at greater distances from the HC2700LCC. In addition, feedback resistors and a resistor divider has been included in the LCC substrate design, allowing any unique reference voltage to be trimmed in accordance with your specification.
